Yes, that means all of the accessories sold at the same time to the same location (and any added before we finish shipping it). 

 

Orders under $300 ship for $15

Orders Under $1000 Ship for $30

Orders Under $4000 Ship for $125

Orders Under $6000 Ship for $150

Orders Over $6000 ship for $175

(not counting HeatSheets or OnPanels, which will require freight shipping.)

Returns Shipping

 The customer pays for return shipping. The replacement item ships for free.

Restocking Fee

HUG Hydronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned and unopened product.  Opened or Used products can be subject to 20% restocking fee. Anything returned after 90 days can be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

 The warranty is 3/12 years on parts which are covered 100% the first 3 years & prorated to year 12 for all HUG Hydronic parts.  Full Explanation
